Sarolta Technologies was founded in Toronto in 2002. The tools, platforms, and pace of software development have changed dramatically since then, but the central work has not: understand what people need, make the important decisions visible, and build software that can carry real responsibility.
Across that time, Sarolta has worked where software meets day-to-day operations—turning business requirements, technical constraints, and hard-won product knowledge into systems people can understand and depend on. We have learned that good engineering is not only about producing code. It is about creating clarity before, during, and after the build.
Today, that experience extends into AI-assisted software development. We use automation where it improves speed and repeatability, and experienced human judgment where context, risk, and product intent matter. The result is a modern delivery approach grounded in the same practical standard Sarolta began with in 2002: the software should do what you need, and you should be able to see why it can be trusted.

Kerry Panchoo
Principal AI & Software Architect
Kerry works at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure automation, and AI systems. He has built software products, operational platforms, automation systems, and AI-assisted delivery machinery, with a focus on making complex technical work understandable, testable, and safe to operate.
He holds MSc degrees in Expert Systems Engineering from the University of Sheffield and Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems from the University of Sussex. At Sarolta, Kerry works directly with clients on product direction, architecture, delivery evidence, and the decisions that determine whether software can be relied on.

David helps clients turn a software problem, promising product, or new idea into a practical conversation about what should happen next. He focuses on understanding the business need, aligning the right people, and keeping the path from first discussion to delivery clear.
He works alongside the technical team to connect commercial goals with an achievable route forward—without asking clients to translate their needs into engineering jargon before the conversation can begin.
